Conditions to obtain supply commodities and animal feed

For supply commodities:

A- Ration card:

1. A copy of the personal identification cards of the husband, wife and family members.
2. A copy of the children birth certificates showing personal identification numbers.

 

B- In the absence of children:

1. A copy of the marriage certificate.
2. A copy of the personal identification cards of the husband and wife.

 

C- In the case the father is deceased:

1. A copy of the death certificate.
2. A copy of the personal identification cards and birth certificates of the children.

 

D- In the case of divorce:

1. A copy of the divorce certificate.
2. A copy of the personal identification card.
3. A copy of the birth certificates of children.
4. A copy of the certificate of custody rights for children.

 

Animal feed ration card:​

1. A copy of the personal identification card.
2. A certificate of livestock ownership issued by the Ministry of Environment’s Livestock.
3. Management Department.
