    الشروط والأحكام:

    • أن يكون المتقدم له خبرة في تملك وإدارة وتشغيل منشآت فندقية ذات فئة (4) نجوم أو أعلى.
    • أن يتمتع بسمعة جيدة في إدارة هذه المنشآت.
    • سيتم مراجعة بيانات كل مستثمر من خلال لجنة مشتركة بين وزارة التجارة والصناعة والمجلس الوطني للسياحة، وسيتم فقط دعوة المستثمرين المتأهلين لحضور العروض التقديمية للمشاريع

    Terms and Conditions:

    • The applicant must have a solid experience in owning, managing and operating hotel facilities with a category of (4) stars rating or higher.
    • To have a good reputation in managing these facilities.
    • The data of each investor will be reviewed by a joint committee between the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the National Tourism Council, and only qualified investors will be invited to attend the projects’ presentations.
